1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and krekaya ("krekaya", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at krekaya.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the krekaya platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

krekaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms is always published on this page with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the krekaya platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all areas of the krekaya platform, including the casino games lobby, sports betting section (including cricket), live dealer tables, poker games (Texas Hold'em), arcade games (Cannon Fishing), slot machines, promotional campaigns, customer support interactions, and all financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus activity.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to krekaya is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any services offered by krekaya. The krekaya platform is intended for use by adult residents of Bangladesh who are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities under any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. krekaya makes no representation as to the legality of its services in all jurisdictions.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on krekaya, you must create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. krekaya reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify the information provided during registration.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on krekaya. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, krekaya reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any balances unless the player can demonstrate that funds were deposited in good faith from legitimate sources.

2.2 Accurate Information Required

You are required to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and at all subsequent points when updating your account details. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and the mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krekaya account credentials, including your username and password. krekaya strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the krekaya support team immediately via live chat or email.

2.4 Account Credentials

Your krekaya login credentials — including your password and any security PINs — must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. krekaya staff will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any request for your password purportedly from krekaya should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3. Age Restriction

krekaya takes its obligations with respect to underage gaming extremely seriously. Any player found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately and permanently suspended. Any balance held in an underage account will be returned in full, minus any winnings derived from wagers placed during the period of underage use.

3.1 Age Verification Process

During the registration process, you are required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older by ticking the relevant declaration. krekaya may at any point require you to submit documentary proof of your age — such as a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — as part of our KYC process. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be withheld.

3.2 Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your household has accessed or registered on the krekaya platform, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the matter promptly and take all necessary steps to close the account and safeguard the minor. We strongly encourage parents to use device-level parental control software to prevent underage access to online gaming sites.

3.3 Responsibility of the Account Holder

As the registered account holder, you are responsible for ensuring that no person under the age of 18 gains access to your krekaya account. This includes securing your device, keeping your login credentials confidential, and logging out of your account after each session — particularly on shared or family devices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on krekaya are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). krekaya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and krekaya cannot guarantee the perpetual availability of any single method.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on krekaya is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your krekaya account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours to appear in your account depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution. krekaya does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which krekaya accepts no liability.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any winnings derived from third-party deposits may be voided at krekaya's discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal on krekaya is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the krekaya finance team typically within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 2 to 6 hours for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification being complete. krekaya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that is flagged for security review.

Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account registered in the same name as your krekaya account. krekaya will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Verified identity (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal is released — this is a one-time process per account.

4.3 Transaction Transparency

All deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in BDT. krekaya does not apply currency conversion fees. The amount requested in a withdrawal is the amount paid — no deductions are made by krekaya to the withdrawal sum. Any discrepancy between the amount requested and the amount received should be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of the transaction date.

5. Bonus & Promotions

krekaya offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated in plain English at the point of each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on krekaya are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases, the bonus plus the deposit amount) must be bet before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

Bonuses on krekaya are valid for a limited period from the date of award. If a bonus is not used, or if wagering requirements are not met, within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated at the point of offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

krekaya takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus-related activities include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; wagering on low-risk outcomes (such as both sides of a bet) to clear wagering requirements artificially; using bonus funds in a manner that does not constitute genuine recreational play; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

5.4 Promotional Changes

krekaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — are offered at krekaya's sole discretion and carry no guarantee of recurrence. Players who have already opted into an active promotion at the time of modification will be notified of any material changes.

5.5 Welcome Bonus

New players on krekaya may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Eligibility, bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount in BDT, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus are set out in the welcome bonus terms published at the time of registration. krekaya reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome bonus offer at any time. Players who are found to have opened an account solely to claim a welcome bonus without genuine intent to play will have the bonus and any derived winnings removed.

6. User Obligations

By registering and playing on krekaya, you agree to comply with all obligations set out in these Terms and to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair and responsible gaming.

6.1 Accurate and Current Information

You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your personal details change — including your residential address, email address, or the mobile number linked to your payment account — you must update your krekaya account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing and may constitute a breach of these Terms.

6.2 Compliance with Applicable Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of krekaya complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. krekaya accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

6.3 Responsible Use of Funds

You agree to only deposit and wager funds that belong to you and that you can legitimately afford to lose. krekaya does not permit players to use funds obtained through illegal activity or to use the platform as a vehicle for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that krekaya is not liable for any losses incurred during legitimate gameplay.

6.4 Communication Standards

You agree to communicate with krekaya staff and other players — where applicable — in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour directed at krekaya staff or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. All support interactions are conducted in English.

• Do not impersonate krekaya staff or any other player.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to another player's account.
• Do not use the platform for any commercial purpose without written authorisation from krekaya.
• Do not share, stream, or republish proprietary krekaya content without permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the krekaya platform or its underlying technology.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krekaya platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

7.1 Cheating and Fraud

Any attempt to cheat, defraud, or otherwise manipulate the outcome of games on krekaya — whether through the use of software tools, bots, exploits, glitches, or collusion with other players — is strictly prohibited. krekaya uses real-time monitoring and certified random number generation to ensure game integrity. Any wagers or winnings associated with fraudulent play will be voided and the account permanently closed.

7.2 Money Laundering

krekaya maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Depositing funds for the purpose of laundering money through gaming activity — including depositing large sums and immediately withdrawing without significant play — is prohibited. krekaya monitors all transactions and will suspend and investigate any account that exhibits patterns consistent with money laundering. krekaya cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in such matters.

7.3 Unauthorised Software

The use of automated betting systems, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to give a player an unfair advantage — whether in casino games, sports betting, or poker — is strictly prohibited. krekaya reserves the right to void all wagers and close any account found to be using such software, regardless of whether the use resulted in a net gain for the player.

7.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate krekaya deposit is considered a fraudulent act. Any account subject to a chargeback claim will be suspended immediately. krekaya will contest all chargebacks and may pursue recovery of disputed amounts through legal channels. If you have a genuine grievance about a transaction, the correct procedure is to contact the krekaya support team directly.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

krekaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached any of these Terms, where krekaya has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where krekaya is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their krekaya account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided your account is in good standing and KYC verification has been completed. Once an account is closed, the associated email address and mobile number may not be used to register a new account without prior written approval from krekaya.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the player's account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and no re-entry is possible until the exclusion period has concluded. 8.3 Suspended Accounts

Where krekaya suspends an account pending investigation, the player will be notified by email at the address registered on the account. During suspension, no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals are permitted. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, krekaya reserves the right to permanently close the account and, depending on the nature of the breach, to withhold balances derived from the prohibited activity.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. krekaya will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormant account fees, where applied, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis at a rate disclosed in the dormancy notification. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification step.
